Get Advice from A Doula
When you’re pregnant, you may have a lot of questions. With your birth date fast approaching, it helps to have someone to talk to, to get quick answers and reliable support for those demoralizing moments. That’s where my doula service, Dear Arlo, comes in. You can get advice from a doula either in person, or online.
While I am not a medical professional, I offer practical support for the daily challenges of being a new parent. I offer bountiful resources, educational information, and emotional support, and I am fully trained through Carriage House Birth in New York City. I have additional training in:
● Lactation and infant feeding
● Supporting families with multiples
● LGBT+ families
● Mothers over 40
● Single parents
● Pregnancy loss
● Trauma survivors, and more
I am also trained in First Aid and CPR.
My virtual doula care includes a two-hour FaceTime, Skype, or Zoom call with unlimited texts or emails. Virtual doula care enables you to receive the support you need right where you are.
Thanks to technology, I can offer doula support services remotely.
With a virtual doula care package, you can receive two hours of support remotely. We can
discuss prenatal planning and education. After the birth of your baby, I can help you with baby
feeding, sleep, emotional support -- any of your concerns. You get the same nurturing as if I
were there in person. You don’t have to go it alone- get help from Dear Arlo.
